Pernell H. Moore, 86, died June 24, 2018 in Newport News. He is survived by a host of nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, great-great nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held 1pm Thursday at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home.
