Randy E. Fuller, age 68, passed away at home on Monday morning, June 23, 2025 after enduring an extended illness. He was born on December 25, 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Clifford R. Sr. and Shirley A. Fuller.

He attended public school in Norfolk, VA and graduated from Lake Taylor High School where he played on the junior varsity football team. He retired from the Norfolk Public School system at the Norfolk SECEP Center where he served as a paraprofessional Student Assistant.

Randy was best known for performing with the musical group, "NORFOLK", where he demonstrated great talent in lead singing and choreography! They performed on stage with many local and out-of-town venues receiving excellent accolades along the way. They even made many recordings, two in particular, "COWBOYS TO GIRLS" and "DON'T ASK ME"! The group was known for opening shows for such groups as Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, Regina Belle, the group Lavert, Gerald Austin and the Manhattans, Delfonics, Clarence Carter to name a few! They were also granted the "Keys to the City of Norfolk".

Randy was also a gifted artist by nature.

Randy was married to Jacqueline Fuller from Manhattan, NY. He is survived by his children Randell Erica Miller, Derrick Harrell, and Marketha Miller; five siblings Patricia F. Roberts (Lorenzo), Clifford R. Fuller, Jr. (Annie Marie), Crystal F. Jones (Vernon), Dwight T. Fuller, and Karl D. Fuller (Paquita); seventeen grandchildren, and a host of other family members and very close friends.
