A funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at New Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 3200 Head River Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23457. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 5pm until 7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, VA 23324.
