Reginald Vaness Bailey, 64, of Painter, Virginia went to his heavenly home to unite with his Lord and Savior on Friday, July 14, 2023 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
A funeral service will held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, where the viewing will be held 5pm until 7pm Friday, July 21, 2023.
