Portsmouth- Richard Edward Griffin,65, of the 2400 block of Graham Street departed this life November 11, 2012.
He is survived by his children, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Tuesday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesaepake, where viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. the day of the service.
