Richard Eugene Norman also known as "Fif" of 507 D Street passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia to his loving parents, Tina Norman and Luther Riddick Jr.

"Fif" attended Oscar F. Smith High School where he loved playing football.

"Fif" enjoyed being around family and friends. He loved his mother, sister, and daughter. "Fif" would come around his mother's home where he would joke and show his humorous side with his mother. "Fif" was a caring brother and had a caring relationship with his sister, they reminisce of old times and she would give him encouraging words to live by and stay strong.

"Fif" would play games and create videos with his daughter, and his favorite was Tik Tok. He spent a lot of time with his daughter from dancing, shopping, to listening to stories from her about school and her social life. "Fif" had a way to never be forgettable from his smile, rapping, making jokes, and talking about old times. Richard aka "Fif" will be truly missed and never forgotten.

He leaves to cherish precious, memories, daughter: Royal Norman; sister: Cavatina Norman; aunts: Vivian Harvey (William), Alice Lennon, Edith Green (James), Beulah Fletcher and Stephanie Harris (Timothy); uncles: Thomas Norman and Calvin Norman, Special friends: Jennifer Clark and Tedra Griffin, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
