Robert Andrew Bailey Jr., lovingly referred to as Bob by his family, passed away July 24th, 2026, at the age of 40 in Sandy Springs, GA. Born April 22, 1986, in Newport News, VA to Robert Bailey Sr. and Synthia Bailey was a cherished husband, son, brother, and friend.

Bob attended Bethel High School and later worked at Canon for many years in Newport News, Virginia. While residing in Georgia, his most recent employer was ViaSat, where he held a position as a dedicated warehouse professional. While working with each company, his work ethic never went unnoticed. He advanced to a lead position in which he held proudly.

Bob had a bright, kind spirit and was loved by all who encountered him. He always had a love for all sports but was most passionate about basketball. Bob played basketball through his early childhood until he graduated high school in 2004. His favorite basketball team was the Los Angeles Lakers. He would hold long conversations about his favorite team with those who shared the same passion for sports. Along with his conversations about basketball, he would also throw in a few mentions of his love for the San Franciso 49ers. Bob was also passionate about his love for music and fashion. He started his own clothing line, Royal Regime, in 2017. He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, his laughter, silly jokes, and most importantly, his gentle nature.

He is survived by his wife (Michele Hughes), his loving mother (Synthia Bailey), younger sister (Shari Bailey), nephew (Justice Tucker), Grandparents (Lorda and Earl Keemer) and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Andrew Bailey, Sr.
