Robert Melvin Blue, 86, of 921 Legacy Landing, Virginia Beach, Virginia was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 4, 2016. Born in North Carolina, he was employed with the US Post Office until his retirement, and a US Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Blue, children, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends. A grave side service will be held 12noon Friday, September 9, 2016 at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, Virginia. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
