Robert W. Davis Jr., affectionately known as "Junie," was born to Robert and Thelma Davis on March 29, 1949, and peacefully entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, brother Delcasey Davis, and grandson Marquise Hunt.

He is survived by his cherished sister Consievella Braithwaite; his devoted companion Lynn Jordan; daughters Tonya Davis‑Mattex (Aaron) and Christina Hunt; son Justin Thomas; grandchildren China Mattex, Cameron Mattex, Myles Hunt, and Maiya Hunt; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty St., Chesapeake, VA 23324, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
