Robert Lee Skinner, Sr., was born August 25, 1936 in Shawboro, North Carolina. He was called home to be with the Lord June 8, 2023. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, 500 Liberty Street, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at St. Luke Church Cemetery. Viewing will be from 5pm until 7pm Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the funeral home.
