Chesapeake – Rosa Deloris Mack, 75, of the 400 block of Currituck Drive was called home on February 9, 2012. She was the owner of Scott Grocery for over 20 years and a longtime, faithful member of First Baptist Church Campostella, where she served on the usher board.
She was predeceased by her husband Abell Mack. Survivors include her daughter, Val Jean Williams of Norfolk; sons, Barry E. Williams and Vinston E. Williams of Norfolk, Dean S. Williams(Nina) of Suffolk, and stepson, Kenneth Vinson of Norfolk; two sisters, Jennette Livingston of Norfolk and Dorothy Clark (Theodore) of Virginia Beach; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon Wednesday at First Baptist Church Campostella, 1510 Canoga St. Norfolk, by Pastor T. Jackson Jr. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park. Viewing will be held from 3 – 7 pm Tuesday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake where the family will receive friends from 6- 7 pm.
