Sandra J. Elliott was born on May 23, 1959 in Nansemond County, Virginia to the late James and Annie L. Elliott. She departed this life on Tuesday, July 19,  2022 in Virginia Beach Virginia.

Sandra leaves to cherish her memories: three brothers, James Elliott, Jr. (Jacqueline), Lary V. Elliott, Sr. (Marline), and Phillip C. Elliott; one sister, Cynthia Wagoner; two aunts, Mrs. Pearline Whitney, and Mrs. Rosalie Elliott, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends. She is predeceased by her brother, Vernon K. Elliott.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday, July 29, 2022 at Union Bethel Baptist Church, 1817 Joliff Road, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
