Obituary
Norfolk- Stonewall Jackson Bloodworth departed this life at Chesapeake Regional Hospital, on July 6, 2014. He was one of sixteen children, born July 12, 1929 to the late Willie and Eva Bloodworth, in Springhope, North CArolina.
After retiring from Greenbrier Nursery in Chesapeake, Virginia. Stonewall loved to go crabbing and was an avid bike rider.
Stonewall had a "special loving and giving spirit" for his nieces and nephews which left them with very fond memories of their dear uncle.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his sister, Elder Claudia B. Urquhart of Norfolk, Virginia (his loving caretaker), his brother Elder James O. Bloodworth of Andrew, South Carolina and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park.Viewing will be from 2-5pm Friday at the funeral home.
