Tiffani Monique Springs, 36, of the 6200 block of Oakglen Drive departed this life December 1, 2008. Born in Norfolk, she was employed with the Naval Medical Center of Portsmouth for 7 years, and the federal government for 15 years. She was a member of New Central Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was active in the youth ministry.

She is predeceased by her father, Irving Holmes. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence M. Springs, daughter, Courtney L. Springs, and son Christian D. Springs of Suffolk; a stepson, Tyree B. Moore of Norfolk; mother, Ms Virgie L. Hill; three aunts, Angela H. Smith (Melvin), June Sparrow, and Cornelia Watson of Chesapeake; special cousin, Tara Dunington of Chesapeake; special friends, Carletta, Nicole, Chaundra and Shawn, a host of relatives and friends.
