On March 28, 2020, our beloved Tonya Camara Griffin, 42 unexpectedly left this earthly realm to ascend into our Lord's loving arms.

Tonya Griffin was born on January 8, 1978, in Norfolk, Virginia to Larry Griffin and Cynthia Riddick.  Tonya was predeceased by her grandmother's Annette Boyd and Inez Griffin, and grandfather's Walter Alexander and Lonnie Boyd.

Tonya leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Cynthia Riddick (Claude); father, Larry Griffin; eight children, Jashawn, Shaquille, Javon, Diamond, and Bradon Griffin, Damontae, Tanasia, and Iyawna Robinson; six siblings, Glennise, Atarshia, Lavenia, Cynthia, Shanta, and Larry Griffin; eight grandchildren, Ja'shaun Slade, Demiah Doyle, Aubrie Stemple, Kaleb Busbee, Serenity, Christopher, Chase, and Chassidy Atkins; special friends, Lamar Banks, Athena Jones, and Litina Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Tonya loved spending time with family and friends. She was a devoted mother. She could say anything to brighten up your day and that memory alone will last forever.
