Virginia B. "Jenny" Hill, 73, of the 1300 block of Selden Avenue, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Sentara Norfolk General. She was born on August 4, 1935 in Courtland, VA to the late Ruth and Arnold Boykins Sr. She was educated at Southampton County Training School. She was a devoted member of the Way of Truth C.O.G.I.C. She was a faithful member of both the Usher's Board and Mother's Board. She retired from the City of Norfolk as School Crossing Guard after 26 years of service. She was employed with Lee Wilson's Janitorial Service for 18 years, and she was employed with ABM Janitorial Services until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert L. Hill Jr.
