Vondale Matthew Jones, 38, of the 100 block of Allard Road in Portsmouth, passed away on September 6, 2016.
A funeral service will be held 1pm Monday at New Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Viewing will be held from 3-5pm Sunday at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
