Virginia Beach – Wanda Tovanna Felton, 46, of the 1800 block of Hickory Nut Loop departed this life January 24, 2009. Born in Norfolk, she was a Pharmacy Technician with TriCare for over 5 years.

She is predeceased by her mother, Willie Mae Felton. Survivors include her fiancee, Joe L. Allen; four daughters, Passious and husband Mike, Patrece, Patrina, and Padeja; four sons, Parren, P'andre, P'angelo and Michael all of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Landa, Dionne, Danna, and Veronica all of Chesapeake; one brother, Anthony of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Anjah, Amin and Jocelyne; grandfather, Jesse Smith of Chesapeake, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 1pm Bethany Baptist Church. Viewing will be held 2pm – 7 pm Friday at Pretow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
