Wilhelmina Lavonia Walker as called home to be with the Lord May 19, 2024 in Maryland. Affectionately known as Mina, she was born  on March 31, 1965, in Bltimore, Maryland, to the late Olivia Butts and J. Smallwood.

She is survived by her husband Peter of St, Catherine, Jamacia, and her brother Richard Butts of New York. Mina was a loving godmother to R.J., Tadeen, Destini, and Davian. She also cherished her godsister Lashawn and her favorite nieces, Jamisha (Pooka) and Mia.

A Funeral service will be held 11;00 am Monday, June 3, 2024 at Bibleway Holiness Church, 2520 Dexter St, E, Chesapeake, where the viewing will be 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the church. Pretlow  and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements.
