Obituary
Mr. Willie Davis Kemp was called home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2019. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Mount Bethel Baptist Church, 4636 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be Friday from 5pm until 7pm at Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake.
