Norfolk - Willie Augusta McBride, "Will", 52, of the 1100 block of Covel Street departed this life Thursday, March 29, 2007. Born in Norfolk, he was employed as a Landscaping Supervisor, and he was a member and senior Deacon of Restoration Family Worship Center, where Elder Edward Everette, Sr. is pastor.



He is predeceased by his father, David McBride. Survivors include his wife Carolyn McBride; mother, Louethel McBride; five daughters, Brenda Worsley of Chesapeake, Robin Worsley of Norfolk, Glendisa Lewis of Chesapeake, Shameka Lewis and Robin Lewis of Norfolk; three sons, Chris McBride of Camden, NJ, Rodney Worsley of California, Darnell Worsley of Virginia Beach; one sister, Barbara McBride of Woodberry, NJ; two brothers, David McBride Jr. (Joann) of Newport News, and John McBride (Daphnia) of Norfolk; grandmother, Cora Lee Felton of Chesapeake; five aunts, one uncle, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.



A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 5, 2007 at noon at Holy Temple Ministries, 740 Great Bridge Blvd, Chesapeake. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at 1126 Covel Street, Norfolk.
